MUT Computer Services understands that your computer is often your lifeline and we want to make sure you always have access to that lifeline as quickly as possible when problems arise.

We have listed our most common services but don't hesitate to ask about other services! It can never hurt to ask and asking is always free!

We normally have your computer or laptop fixed and back in your hands within 24-48 hours depending upon how invasive the problem is. This includes:

• remove all viruses, worms, spyware, adware
• correct any operating system issues
• apply all operating system patches
• provide estimate for any hardware repair or upgrades

If your computer has hardware issues, we'll tell you exactly what is wrong, how much it will cost and how long it will take to have it back to you.

     MUT Pickup (at your home or place of work)

We will set up and configure your wireless router ensuring that your connection is secure from unauthorized connections.

We will attach up to 3 devices (laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, Blu-Rays, Network attached Storage, Printers, VoIP etc.)

Pricing:
     Standard Setup Labor to install a router you already have
     $100.00 per router

     Additional devices $30 each to attach to the wireless router

If you don't have the router, we will be happy to let you know which ones would be best based upon what devices you want to attach to it.

We will diagnose and replace bad hardware so you can be back up and running promptly.

If you simply want an upgrade, we can do that too!

You will be given the bad parts with your completed repair.

Even if your harddrive seems unrecoverable, most of the time MUT can save your data and transfer it to a new harddrive.

The exception being if the harddrive won't even spin. In those cases there are companies that can access the internal disks with specialized equipment to recover your data but it will required sending your hard drive to those specialists.

The only other big issue to consider is that bad harddrives normally lose at least one file due to bad sectors (think of it sort of like a scratch in a CD or DVD) so we cannot guarantee 100% data recovery but we should be able to get 95% of your data recovered.

You will be given pricing for a same size hard drive and the next two sizes available fo your machine. You will be given the bad hard drive back with your completed repair.

Hard drive repair done at MUT Computer Services and, as long as you go with a same size or larger hard drive, there is no limit on the amount of data that we will retrieve for you!
