MUT Computer Services was started because of situations like you would find in those videos. I had heard too many comments from end users about how IT techs are either condescending or they just don't understand what you need.
I have the advantage of an accounting background as well as various other end user type of positions. This gives me the unique ability to put myself in your position and figure out what you need. The way I see it, you are paid to do your job, not for your intrinsic knowledge of PC repair or web design.
Lastly, the MUT in MUT Computer Services stands for "Meet U There" because I will meet you where you need to meet and get the job done!
